Richard Carter Prize - Closing date 30 June 2010!!!
The Richard Carter Prize is presented to a geospatial engineering surveyor who is judged to have made
an outstanding contribution to the civil engineering surveying industry, either individually or through team leadership.
This biennial award is designed to encourage applicants from all backgrounds and is
not
restricted solely to members of ICES. The prize includes a commemorative certificate, £500 cheque and
the prize will be
presented to the winner at the institution
dinner on 24 Sept 2010, onboard IK Brunel’s ss Great Britain, Bristol. Prize also

Walking tour of Ipswich town centre and docks ICES members (and guests) are invited to join RICS members on a walking tour. Starting point: Lord Isaac pub on the Docks and ends at the Dove public house about half a mile from the docks. Plenty of parking in the area. Walk will be leisurely and will last approx 2hrs.
