Julian will be providing an overview of the A14 scheme; detailing how the Integrated Delivery Team formed, the commercial approach, dispute avoidance, progress and remaining challenges. Mark will be discussing how the scheme has deployed a variety of geospatial technologies to improve the efficiency, quality and safety of engineering tasks; ranging from site survey control to as built scanning and handover, using GPS/GNSS/Total station/Laser scanning/Drones/3DMC
