At present, any guests attending the hotel to stay or attend the event do not require to show a Covid vaccine passport. Currently the government restrictions require guests to show vaccine passports at venues that are open past 12 midnight and have dancing and entertainment.
Face coverings are not required when eating, drinking so guests do not need to wear a face covering when attending the drinks reception or when seated at the tables for the meal and speeches, face coverings are required when guests are moving back and forth to the bathrooms and moving through public areas.
The government have advised the hotel that, at present, they do not have any plans to enforce any further restrictions at this stage so providing the case numbers do not rapidly increase, the hotel would really hope that come January when the festive season has calmed down that no further restrictions will be put in place.
The above clause will be updated as/when necessary.
