Importance of Programming and Planning and associated Risk Management
Failing to plan is planning to fail
A good and true statement but unfortunately not often appreciated by managers and tender bidders. This presentation outlines the fundamentals of good programming, planning and risk management from project inception to end of an assets life. Planning and programming is not all about a bar-chart list of time dependent activities, it is rather about the whole life cycle of planning, programming and risk that must be addressed during the management of inception to successful completion.
