Measured Survey – The changing skillset

Ever-improving technology is constantly changing the role and necessary skillsets of geomatic surveyors, both on site and in the office.  Recruiting and developing staff with the right skills continues to be a challenge in the busy commercial world. This talk looks at how we try to balance mastering the new techniques while retaining the backbone of traditional surveying principles. Are the next generation of surveyors learning the right skills for this decade and beyond?
