NEC4 The changes and the implications

This seminar will appeal to Project Managers, Contractors and Subcontractors that want to get to grips with the new edition.

The NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract and Subcontract are to be published in June 2017.
In this seminar, we take a detailed review of the new provisions in the ECC and ESC, the changes from the NEC3 edition and set out the implications these will have on the parties and their administration of the contract.

Speaker(s): Scott Milner BSc (Hons), MSc, PG Dip Law, PG Dip Legal Practice, MRICS, MCIArb, Solicitor (non-practising) Scott is an Associate Director with DGA Group. He has decades of experience training, claims and dispute resolution having worked in private practice, for major building and civil engineering contractors, international contract and commercial/claims consultancies, as Commercial Director and In-house Solicitor for an international contractor and as a lecturer.
