The Work Boutique Story

Work Boutique is the brainchild of Sophie Petrie and Sarah Keighley, sisters with extensive experience in the workwear and PPE industries. Over the years, they noticed a common frustration for women in the workplace. Specific workwear was rarely available, and the only options were often ill-fitting garments designed for men that did not meet the demands of their roles.

From this challenge, the idea for a first of its kind website was born, dedicated entirely to women. The platform collates clothing designed to fit women’s shapes and forms, not simply downsized men’s garments, in one easy to navigate space.

Launched in October 2024, Work Boutique has spent the last 18 months sourcing the best bespoke workwear exclusively for women. Our catalogue continues to grow as we add more brands and garments, ensuring high-quality, functional, and comfortable options for women across industrial and commercial environments.
