To make it more convenient for applicants, CICES holds review interviews during set weeks.
Interviews will be held online for the immediate future.

Review dates: 24 February - 7 March 2025
Results announced: 17 April 2025

Results announced: 22 August 2025
Submission deadline: 29 August 2025
Review dates: 13-24 October 2025
Results announced: 12 December 2025
If you are planning to apply for or upgrade your membership, please use these dates as your guide as to when interviews will take place and when you need to submit your application and documents. For applicants in Hong Kong, interviews will continue to be arranged as required.
CICES asks that trained examiners commit to keeping at least two of the dates free for carrying out interviews.
